This scholarship was established to celebrate the life of Larry Wayne Cole - a true sportsman who enjoyed people of all ages and lived life to the fullest every day. It is our prayer that the funds received for this scholarship will assist deserving students in attaining their career goals through higher education. 

The recipient must be highly thought of in their school and community, must have a kind and caring nature, show compassion for others, and demonstrate personal values in their daily living. The scholarship recipient shall be selected on the basis of moral and ethical character, service to others. demonstrated academic and extra-curricular achievement. and the promise of continued academic achievement at an accredited institution of higher education.
